One flat rate per parcel, worldwide. Orders are dispatched from outside the European Union and cleared through customs in your country on arrival.
If anything slips, you hear it from us rather than finding out by waiting. Under Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU we must deliver within 30 days unless we agreed another period with you; where a longer production time applies, that agreed period is the one shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Shipping is charged per parcel: €49 inside the European Union and €45 everywhere else. A fairing set is a large, light, awkward box — around 85 × 55 × 55 cm — so each set travels on its own and pays its own carriage. Accessories ride along with a set at no extra cost, and only pay for a parcel of their own if they are the entire order.
The exact amount appears in the cart as soon as you choose a country, and again on the checkout page before you pay. It never changes afterwards.

Transit times are working days after dispatch and exclude the production time for made-to-order items, and any time the parcel spends in customs. Islands and remote areas can add a day or two.
These are not included in the price and they are paid by you, to the carrier, when the parcel arrives. Your order is shipped from outside the European Union, so it is imported into your country — and every country charges its own import VAT, usually plus a small customs duty on motorcycle bodywork and a carrier handling fee.
Roughly what to expect on a €700 set: in the European Union, import VAT at your national rate (19–27%) plus about 3–4.5% duty. Outside it, rates vary widely — the United States in particular applies additional tariffs on top of the ordinary duty. The import charges page sets this out country by country.
We declare the true value and the correct commodity code on every customs form. We will not under-declare a parcel or mark it as a gift: that is customs fraud, and it is you who would be stopped at the border.
We ship with DHL, FedEx or a national postal service depending on the destination. Every parcel is tracked. When it is dispatched you get an e-mail with the carrier's name, the tracking number and a direct link — in your own language.
You can also follow an order any time on the order tracking page, using your order number and the e-mail address you ordered with.
Painted bodywork arrives intact or it does not arrive at all, so the packing is deliberate: each panel wrapped in film, separated with foam, then boxed in double-wall cardboard. Three layers, every time.
If a parcel reaches you visibly damaged, photograph it before unpacking and send the pictures to contact@revfairings.com the same day. That photo is what settles a carrier claim quickly, and it is the difference between a replacement in days and an argument in weeks.
For deliveries inside Romania, use motocarene.ro, where delivery is free and prices are in lei.
A handful of countries are closed to us because carriers do not deliver there or sanctions apply. If your country is not in the list at checkout, that is why. Write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
Check the address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we will resend it once you cover the second carriage. If you would rather cancel at that point, we refund the goods; the original carriage is not refundable once the parcel has travelled.
The same applies to a parcel refused because you did not want to pay the import charges. Those charges are yours by law, and a refusal costs the return freight, so please make sure the total works for you before you order.
