revfairings.com is operated by ONE SOLUTION SRL, a company registered in Romania, trade register J2026017002004, tax identification number 54246820, registered office Str. Traian Vuia nr. 7, Deva, jud. Hunedoara, Romania. Contact: contact@revfairings.com, +40 774 677 038. Full details on the legal notice page.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean ONE SOLUTION SRL; "you" means the person placing the order.
These terms govern the sale of goods through this website to addresses outside Romania. Goods are dispatched from outside the European Union and are imported into the country of delivery, where customs duty and import VAT are payable by you (see the import charges page). Orders for delivery in Romania are handled by our Romanian shop, motocarene.ro, under its own terms.
If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually reside continue to apply to you in full. Nothing in these terms removes or reduces them, and where any clause here conflicts with such a rule, that rule prevails.
We sell aftermarket motorcycle bodywork — injection-moulded ABS fairing sets, fibreglass race bodywork, and related accessories — together with optional custom paintwork.
These are aftermarket parts, not original manufacturer parts. Manufacturer and model names are used solely to identify the motorcycle a part is made to fit. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or a dealer for Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, BMW, Aprilia, Ducati, Triumph or any other manufacturer.
Photographs are taken in controlled lighting. Colours can look slightly different on your screen and under daylight; a shade that differs perceptibly from the photograph is covered by your right of withdrawal, and by the legal guarantee if it does not match the description.
Unless the product page says otherwise, a set does not include a windscreen, fasteners, decals, lights or indicators.
Product pages are an invitation to buy, not an offer. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation e-mail — not when you click "pay".
Before you confirm, the checkout shows you the goods, the total price, the delivery cost and the delivery address, and lets you go back and correct any input error. Check them: that summary is the contract.
We may decline an order, and refund you in full, if the item is out of stock, if the price shown was obviously wrong, if the delivery address is outside the countries we serve, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. We will tell you why.
We store the contract data and you receive it by e-mail. You can retrieve your order status at any time on the tracking page.
All prices are in euro (EUR) and are final consumer prices. Delivery is charged separately and shown before payment.
No VAT is added by us, and import charges are payable by you. The goods are dispatched from outside the European Union, so every order is an importation in your own country: your national import VAT, customs duty and the carrier's clearance fee are charged on arrival and are paid by you, not by us. They are not included in the price on this site. See Import charges for the rates and a worked example before you order.
Where your country does not use the euro we may show an approximate local amount beside the price, from the European Central Bank's daily reference rate. That figure is a courtesy only: the amount charged is always the euro amount, and your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.
No customs duty or import charge arises on any EU delivery.
Orders are paid in full, at the time of ordering, by card. We do not offer deposits, instalments, or cash on delivery.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never see or store your card number.
The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
Your invoice is sent by e-mail, normally within two working days of the order.
We deliver to street addresses in the countries listed on the shipping page, which also states the cost and the transit time for each.
Items in stock are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Made-to-order items carry the production time stated on the product page, and you agree to that longer period when you order. Absent such a statement, we deliver within 30 days.
If we fail to deliver within the agreed period, you may ask us to deliver within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances, and if we fail to do so, terminate the contract and be refunded in full, in accordance with Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party you nominated other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
If you are a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The conditions, the deadline, who pays the return carriage, and the exception for custom-painted sets are set out in full on the returns page, which forms part of these terms. A model withdrawal form is provided.
Goods are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. Remedies, the reversed burden of proof, and how to claim are described on the returns page. The guarantee is free of charge and is not affected by anything in these terms.
We do not offer a separate commercial guarantee beyond it.
Our sets are made from moulds taken against original panels for the model and year range stated. Aftermarket bodywork is nonetheless not a factory panel: minor adjustment of mounting holes, and the usual trial fitting before painting, are normal and are not a defect.
Two things follow, and we would rather you knew them before you order than after:
If a set genuinely does not fit the model and years stated, that is a lack of conformity and section 9 applies — tell us, with photographs, and we will sort it out.
Race bodywork is sold for closed-circuit use. It is not road-legal, carries no lighting or homologation mounts, and must not be used on public roads.
If you buy in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession you are a business customer. You may enter your company name and EU VAT number at checkout; we validate it against VIES and put it on the invoice.
Business customers do not have the right of withdrawal in section 8, which is a consumer right. The legal guarantee in section 9 applies with the modifications your national law provides for business-to-business sales.
We are liable for damage we cause by intent or negligence, for death or personal injury, and under the Product Liability Directive, without limitation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits that.
Beyond those cases, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost riding time, event entry fees, workshop bookings — arising from a delayed or defective delivery.
We are not liable for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier strikes, severe weather, customs action or supplier failure. Where such an event lasts more than 30 days, either of us may cancel the affected order and you are refunded in full.
How we handle your data, on what legal basis, who we share it with and how long we keep it are set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
Write to contact@revfairings.com. We answer every complaint, within one working day.
If we cannot reach an agreement, the European Consumer Centre in your country gives free assistance with cross-border purchases in the EU, and you may use an approved alternative dispute resolution body in your own country. We are not obliged to participate in ADR proceedings and will decide case by case, but we will always answer you.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, under Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
A consumer may bring proceedings against us either in the Romanian courts or in the courts of the Member State where they are domiciled, and may only be sued in the courts of their own Member State, under Articles 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I recast).
For business customers, the courts of Deva, Romania have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may amend these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and it is the version we will hold ourselves to. Changes are never applied retroactively.
If a clause turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
